Alex Victoria is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ZenBusiness

Alex has been the CTO at ZenBusiness since September 2018, overseeing Engineering, Data, Business Systems, IT, and Security.

He builds software people actually want to use, leading teams around simplicity, fast paths to customer value, and a habit of learning from every release — he believes innovation comes from eliminating fear and taking action, treating every step as feedback rather than failure. Before ZenBusiness, he mentored startups at Capital Factory from October 2015 to January 2019 and served as a TechStars Austin mentor from 2015 to 2016.
